Refund and Returns Policy
 
At TyphonLab, all products are made to order. Because of this, we ask customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
 
1. Returns and Exchanges
 
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Change of mind
– Incorrect size selection
– Buyer’s remorse
– Minor color differences caused by screen settings or display variations
 
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, returns are only accepted in limited cases described below.
 
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
 
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
– Your order number
– A brief explanation of the issue
– Clear photos of the item
– Clear photos of the packaging
– A photo of the shipping label, if available
 
After review, we may offer one of the following:
– A replacement
– A refund
– Another appropriate resolution depending on the issue
 
3. Order Cancellations
 
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
 
After 24 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed because production may already be in progress.
 
4. Refund Processing
 
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
 
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
 
5. Non-Returnable Situations
 
We do not treat the following as defects:
– Slight differences in printed color compared with on-screen images
– Delays caused by the shipping carrier
– Orders placed with an incorrect address provided by the customer
– Orders placed with the wrong size selected by the customer
 
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
 
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or high seasonal shipping volume.
 
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact support@typhonlab.com and we will assist you as best we can.
 
7. Chargebacks and Abuse
 
If you experience a genuine issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it.
 
Fraudulent claims, abusive refund requests, or chargebacks filed without first contacting support may be reviewed and disputed with the payment provider when appropriate.
