Because our products are made-to-order, we have specific return and refund guidelines outlined below.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All of our mouse pads are custom-made once an order is placed.

For this reason:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection

We do not accept returns for minor color variations caused by screen differences

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect (wrong design or size sent)

We will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To qualify:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of:

The product

The packaging

The shipping label

Our team will review and respond within 1–3 business days.

3. Lost Packages

If tracking confirms your package was lost in transit:

We will issue a replacement after carrier verification

In some cases, a refund may be offered at our discretion

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first

We are not responsible for stolen packages

4. Order Cancellations

Because production begins quickly:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

After 24 hours, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for orders that:

Were delivered successfully

Do not qualify under our return policy

Fraudulent claims may be reported.
